NCIRPC’s overall goal is to identify potential hazardous material sites, have assessments performed, and then seek funding for clean up to return the properties to permitted uses. For more information please see the Request for Qualifications and Proposals, which will include the Scope of Work, Selection Process and Criteria, and Timeline of the services requested. Qualified MBE/WBE organizations are encouraged to respond.

The report also states the regional economic development partners and Workforce Board offer training programs to skill-up workers and meet the needs of employers.
