Steven Ray, Executive Director

Steven Ray serves as the Executive Director of NCIRPC.  Mr. Ray is a graduate of Indiana University Kokomo and has a Master of Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University. Steven reports to the NCIRPC Board of Directors and is responsible for daily operations, program development, budgeting and the community development activities of the organization.  He is an Office of Community and Rural Affairs (OCRA) Certified Grant Administrator and a graduate of the University of Oklahoma Economic Development Institute.

Jenni Mykkanen, Project Development Specialist

Jenni brings an extensive history of working in the private and nonprofit sector creating and managing programs to help individuals and communities improve quality of life. She is responsible for serving the local units of government, community leaders and non-profit organizations throughout the region assisting with the implementation and ongoing support of the programs and projects. Jenni is a graduate of Indiana University Kokomo and holds a Master Certification in Nonprofit Management from the School of Public and Environmental Affairs - IUPUI.
