To provide impactful services and programs that support sustainable and competitive communities throughout North Central Indiana.

NCIRPC will serve to:


  • Provide general technical assistance related to community economic development

  • Provide grant writing and grant administration services;

  • Provide project support related to:
    • Infrastructure;
    • Brownfields;
    • Community Development projects;
    • Health and Safety programs; and
    • Transportation

NCIRPC’s technical assistance and support includes but is not limited to: project planning activities, preparing grant applications and providing project administration and financial management, program delivery. The organization will typically work with the following agencies:

  • Indiana Office of Community and Rural Affairs,
  • Indiana Economic Development Corporation,
  • U.S. Department of Commerce Economic Development Administration,
  • U.S. Department of Agriculture Rural Development,
  • U.S. Department of Environmental Protection Agency,
  • U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development,
  • Indiana Department of Transportation, and
  • Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority

NCIRPC will achieve success with a local first strategic approach, facilitation of partnerships and collaboration, and bringing new resources and added value to the region.
